At this time we are unable to accommodate returns. We are happy to discuss any concerns one may with their order however. Please contact us at hello@bloomhandmade.com within the first 15 days upon receiving  your order to discuss related concerns.  

Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility. We are happy to cover the cost of shipping if there was an error on our part. We are not responsible for any lost items, so please be aware of this if you're shipping back to us.
